Terms & Conditions - Stay Home Challenge

1. Stay Home Challenge (“Game”) is accessible to all the registered Daraz users who are residents of Nepal, aged 18 years old and above.
2. The event is applicable within the territory of Nepal.
3. The Game will be effective from 2nd April 2020 to 22nd April 2020.
4. Each user login ID will be permitted to participate for one time throughout the Game.
5. The Status of Game for each user will be updated on the next day by Daraz at 3 pm on the mission page.
6. Participants need to log in with their Login ID in the Daraz App to check their status of the Game.
7. This game is not a lottery, betting or gambling under the prevailing laws of Nepal
8. Total of 11 Lucky winners will be announced on 27th April 2020 via Daraz APP.
9. Only one person will be eligible to win the Grand Prize.
10. One participant is eligible to win one reward only.
11. Participants taking part in Game must provide their correct location and contact number while placing an order on the Daraz platform. Daraz shall not be held liable if the address and phone number, thus provided, is found incorrect.
12. Lucky winners will be reached out via APP Push Notification & email address used to log in the game.
13. Winners shall provide a copy of citizenship certificate or Passport for verification.
14. The reward won through this game must be claimed within 30 days from the date of the announcement. If the winner does not claim the reward within 30 days then Daraz reserves the right to cancel.
15. The reward won through this game is non-transferable and non-refundable, and Daraz shall not bear any responsibility for any claim put forward by the winner for the Product.
16. Employees of Daraz are not eligible to participate & win in the game.
17. Daraz shall bear the applicable gift tax on behalf of the Lucky Participants.
18. Daraz holds the sole discretion to disqualify the users from running or accessing the Game using programs other than the Daraz Platform.
19. Daraz reserves the right to review and cancel the Game participation in case of suspicious activity and event beyond its control.
20. Daraz reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any user who does not meet the criteria for the game or to limit the provision to any person or geographic area it deems fit.
21. Daraz reserves the right at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this promotional event or cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.
22. By participating in this event, participants agree and provide consent to Daraz and seller to use for the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of the Game event.
23. By participating in this game, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Game.
