Terms & Conditions - Re.1 game

1. The Re. 1 game (“Game”) is accessible to all the registered Daraz users in the Daraz APP who are residents of Nepal, aged 18 years old and above.
2. All order(s) on the products of Re1 game should be made through Daraz APP only. Order(s) placed from desktop or mobile site shall not be eligible to obtain the Products of Re 1 game and thus cancelled. To avoid cancellation, participant(s) shall place an order from Daraz APP only.
3. The orders placed on products specifically mentioned at Daraz APP at Re 1 shall only be eligible for lucky draw.
4. The event is applicable within the territory of Nepal.
5. The Participant must follow all the process to be eligible to win the SKU, Daraz shall not be held liable for the incomplete transaction of the customer.
6. The Game is applicable only to products specifically mentioned at Daraz APP.
7. The Game will be effective from 19 February till 27 February 2020.
8. Each user login ID will be permitted to participate once for each product.
9. This Game is not based on a first come first served basis.
10. This game is not a lottery, betting or gambling under the prevailing laws of Nepal and if the participant is not selected, Daraz shall refund or cause to refund the paid amount to all the participants.
11. All order(s) with full payment (i.e. Re. 1) should be made through prepayment/card payment. Cash on Delivery payment method is not supported for this Game.
12. Four (4) Lucky winners shall be announced at 6pm on 28 February 2020 on Daraz facebook page and Daraz APP.
13. Each user login ID is only permitted to win a maximum of ONE product (SKU).
14. Participants taking part in Game must provide their correct location and contact number while placing order on Daraz platform. Daraz shall not be held liable if the address and phone number, thus provided, is found incorrect.
15. Employees of Daraz are not eligible to participate in the game.
16. Participants will be reached out via Daraz APP Push Notification and email when they win. Participants should agree to enable Daraz APP Push Notification.
17. Winner shall provide a copy of citizenship certificate or Passport for verification at the time of order delivery.
18. The Product (SKU) won through this game must be claimed within 30 days from the date of the announcement. If the winner does not claim the product (SKU) within 30 days then Daraz reserves the right to cancel.
19. Daraz holds the sole discretion to disqualify the users from running or accessing the Game using programs other than the Daraz Platform.
20. Daraz reserves the right to review and cancel Re. 1 orders in case of suspicious activity and event beyond its control.
21. Daraz reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any user or order that does not meet the criteria for the game, or to limit the provision or quantity of any product or service to any person or geographic area it deems fit.
22. Daraz reserves the right at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this promotional event or cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.
23. By participating in this event, participants agree and provide consent to Daraz and seller to use for the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of the Game event.
24. The Product won through this game is non-transferable and non-refundable, and Daraz shall not bear any responsibility for any claim put forward by the winner for the Product.
25. Each individual will only be eligible to buy once, For any multiple purchases from the same individual where identified, will automatically disqualify the buyer from this game.
26. By participating in this game, Participant is deemed to have read, understood and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of this Game.
