Terms & Conditions - Game Zone

1. Game Zone (“Game”) is accessible to all the registered Daraz users who are residents of Nepal, aged 18 years old and above.
2. The event is applicable within the territory of Nepal.
3. The Game will be effective from 18th February 2020 to 2nd March 2020.
4. Participants need to log in with their Login ID in the Daraz App to be eligible for participating in the Game.
5. Each user login ID will be permitted to participate for one time throughout the Game.
6. Game Zone will have 3 games that participants can play; “Outer Space”, “Fishing Daz” & “Candy Poppin”.
7. Participants can play Candy Poppin from 20th February till 2nd March 2020.
8. For Candy Poppin one winner shall be selected based on the highest score throughout the game period. In the circumstance where more than one participants acquires same high score, a winner shall be declared among the high scorers using Random Name Picker.
9. Every day, each high scorer shall be selected for Outer Space and Fishing Daz.
10. The winner shall be announced from 19th February 2020. Winner based on the high score shall be announced on Daraz APP at 12pm the following days. However, winners from 21 February 2020 till 23 February 2020 shall be declared on 24 February 2020 due to public holiday.
11. This game is not a lottery, betting or gambling under the prevailing laws of Nepal.
12. Participants taking part in Game must provide their correct name, contact number and location while participating in the Game Zone on the Daraz platform. Daraz shall not be held liable if the address and phone number, thus provided, is found incorrect.
13. All Lucky winners will be reached out via APP Push Notification & email address used to log in the game.
14. Winners shall provide a copy of citizenship certificate or Passport for verification.
15. The reward won through this game must be claimed within 30 days from the date of the announcement. If the winner does not claim the reward within 30 days then Daraz reserves the right to cancel.
16. The reward won through this game is non-transferable and non-refundable, and Daraz shall not bear any responsibility for any claim put forward by the winner for the Product.
17. Employees of Daraz are not eligible to participate & win in the game.
18. Daraz shall bear the applicable gift tax on behalf of the Lucky Participants.
19. Daraz holds the sole discretion to disqualify the users from running or accessing the Game using programs other than the Daraz Platform.
20. Daraz reserves the right to review and cancel the Game participation in case of suspicious activity and event beyond its control.
21. Daraz reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any user who does not meet the criteria for the game or to limit the provision to any person or geographic area it deems fit.
22. Daraz reserves the right at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this promotional event or cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.
23. By participating in this event, participants agree and provide consent to Daraz and seller to use for the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of the Game event.
24. By participating in this game, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Game.
